ABOUT US

We opened in early 2015 as Sushi-O, but shortly after, changed our name to World Fusion so we could focus on more worldly cuisines beyond sushi and sashimi. Our chefs gather inspiration for unique plates from all over the world.. Our menu also includes a variety of healthy choices, as well as many gluten free and vegetarian friendly dishes.

In 2019, we were honored to win Citrus County Chronicle's Best of the Best for Seafood Choice with Honorable Mention Chef & Server. We also won Seafood Category and People's Choice when we headed over to Taste of Inverness.

In 2020, we were once again honored to win Citrus County Chronicle's Best of the Best for Seafood Choice with honorable mention in the Dinner category.
