Our story · Since 2015
World Fusion began in early 2015 as Sushi-O. Soon after, the restaurant took on a name that better matched its vision: combining the craft of sushi and sashimi with inspiration from kitchens around the world.
Today, that spirit guides every service. Our chefs turn quality ingredients into creative, approachable plates while making room for lighter, vegetarian, and gluten-conscious selections.
